Martin J. Whitman Arents Award Video Tribute

A profile of Martin J. Whitman, namesake of the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, and founder and co-chief invesment officer of Third Avenue Funds. The video describes Mr. Whitman's value-investing and distress-debt investing philosophies, and includes interviews with Robert Morgenthau, district attroney of Manhattan, and Gene Eisenberg, chairman and CEO of Nabors Industries, as well as many others. Mr. Whitman is a 1949 alumnus of Syracuse University.
