Real Estate at Whitman
Increased prominence of real estate has led to growing demand for specialized skills in the analysis of real estate decisions, development, investments and asset management. Through comprehensive real estate courses and significant interaction with industry professionals, the real estate program in the Whitman School provide students with the knowledge and skills required to compete successfully in the real estate industry, while contributing to the professional and scholar advancement of the industry. Whitman's real estate program includes:
- Industry interactions through organized speakers visits, field trips, courses co-taught by professors and industry executives
- An annual case studies class offered in New York City
- Interaction with related programs at Syracuse University, such as architecture, law and urban economics.
- An annual Real Estate Symposium to discuss the latest trends in real estate
