Research Interests
Professor Lanier’s research interests include financial performance effects of significant seller-buyer relationships, earnings management, and customer profitability. He has previously taught at Texas Christian University and his research has been published in the Journal of Operations Management. Lanier is also a Certified Public Accountant and has prior industry experience with AT&T, American Standard Companies, and Arthur Andersen. He is a member of the American Accounting Association and the PhD Project.
