Research Interests Professor Gauri's research interests include promotion effectiveness, retail store performance, consumer information search, and E-store loyalty. He holds an MA in economics from SUNY-Buffalo and an MS in mathematics and computer applications from the Indian Institute of Technology in New Delhi.
