Research Interests
Professor Cardarelli has held numerous senior management positions in a variety of industries concentrating on organizational and financial restructuring. He is interested interested in the dynamics of leadership in stressed business environments and consults with organizations on strategy and team performance. He is also the recipient of the 2009 Whitman Professor of the Year award.
